INTRODUCING 2 TOPICS
The Staples of Health; Fitness and Nutrition
Have you ever felt overwhelmed with the abundance of (inconsistent) information when searching the web for resources on how to work out properly or eat healthy? The fitness and nutrition market is saturated with contradictory information on what to eat, how to lift weights, the best types of cardio, and everything else you can imagine. I created this website (thanks Dad) with the intention of providing a very blunt and straightforward resource for you to use to reach your fitness goals, no matter your level of experience. No jargon, no bullshit fads or get fit quick schemes, and no confusion, just a successful, self-made fitness enthusiast sharing information I have collected over the years. The bottom line is that no matter your knowledge about or level of fitness, you should be able to find this website useful in answering most of your health and fitness queries.
The Body Outside (Fitness)
There are "approximately" 640 muscles in your body responsible for your everyday movements. Why "approximately?" Because when I googled "How many muscles are in the body," it said "approximately," which I am sure if we wanted to dive into why people have different numbers of muscles we could, but not on this website. I digress. 'The Body' tab takes the "approximation" of muscles and narrows it down to a small handful that I have decided are the most important to train, because honestly, we don't need to be focusing on the "stapedius" (Sorry if you wrote your term paper on this muscle and I offended you.) |
The Body Inside (Nutrition)
It's been said that success in changing your body composition is 20% fitness and 80% nutrition. From first hand experience, this is true. You can be the hardest worker in the gym, but without proper nutrition, that person next to you working half as hard but eating better will see more results. So today, I want to to see yourself as a tree. You have all the potential to be a great tree, overshadowing other trees, but with limited sunlight (fitness) and crappy soil (nutrition), the other trees will always overshadow you. Inside the 'Nutrition' tab I have handpicked the most important information you should know about, and the food you should be eating in a society against you. |
